About Jay Cox
Jay Cox is a
seniors' healthcare specialist who will show you everything you need to have for
a safe and secure retirement. Jay is an Independent Financial Advisor offering
programs to protect your health and build your wealth. He starts by helping you
to understand the "Original Medicare" benefit you receive when turning
65. He shows you what basic Medicare covers, and, more importantly, what it
does not.
Jay then explains how to expand your coverage by selecting either a
Medicare Supplement or Medicare Advantage program. What are the differences in
these two plans? Jay helps you to understand this, and then helps you select
the one which is right for you. He also shows you some additional healthcare
programs you also need to consider for essential protection. And, at the end of
every year, Jay also shows seniors already in Medicare how to change their
coverage and pick up better or additional benefits which become effective in the
new year. Since he is compensated by the benefit plan he helps you enroll in,
there is never a charge to you for any of Jay's services.
Jay Cox
brings 25 years of professional experience to your service. A former Marine who
attended college on the G.I. Bill, Jay holds Associates, Bachelors and Masters
degrees. He started his career as an Accountant with a major Accounting firm,
but soon decided to pursue financial services instead. After training in the
World Trade Center and working on Wall Street for Dean Witter Securities, he
became an Equities Coordinator for The Equitable Life Insurance Company.
Jay
moved to Indianapolis in 1994 when his wife, a sales representative for Eli
Lilly, was transferred to the home office. He has since then worked as an
Independent Financial Advisor and opened his own business, Personal Benefits
Service, in 2003 to specifically serve the needs of retirement planning and
healthcare coverage. While seniors' healthcare is his primary concern, he can
also help clients with financial matters such as 401k transfers, IRA rollovers,
Roth conversions, and safe alternatives for guaranteed lifetime income in a
tax-advantaged manner. |
